1. Log onto System Menu

2. Select Items

3. Select Item Maintenance

4. Enter item in Search

5. perform a manual SOH adjustment
6. Click the (+) below the SOH field and follow the prompts

This a supervisor only function. Manual SOH adjustments are not recommended and should only be used in special circumstances as a ‘one-off’.
