Extending a Promotion

Retail Promotions can only be extended if Promotion Applied is less than 21 days.

21 days is the standard Promotion time.

If you want the same promotion to be longer than 21 days, see guide - Copy & Extend Retail Promotion

This will show you how to copy the same Retail Promotion batch and Apply with new date.

1.Log on to System Menu

2.Select Promotions

3.Select Retail Promotion

4.Search and select the promotion required

5.Select Extend Promo

6.Select the new Finish Date This date is defaulted to previous finish date

7.Select Extend

8.A Prompt message will appear- Are you sure you would like to extend this retail promotion to finish on [DATE]? Yes/ No

9.Select Yes

10.A Prompt message will appear- [#] item sell record/ s have been updated. OK

11.Select OK
