Creating a Loyalty Special

1. Log onto the System Menu

2. Select Promotions

3. Select CSP Specials

4. Select New

5. Enter description of the Special;

• POS Description

• Label Description

• User Description

6. Select a Special type using the drop down menu

7. Enter Start and Finish Dates

8. Enter additional information into the fields that are white

9. Add products by:

• Barcode

• Order code

• Item ID

• Searching

• Or by selecting categories

10. Tick Only Applies To Loyalty Members

11. Select Save

12. Select Close to close the CSP Specials program
