Creating New Bookings for existing patients - Health Services Booking System
See the following steps for making a new booking for an existing patient.
1. To search for a patient click on the Patients tab in the menu at the top of the screen
2. Search for the patient by selecting the field to Search By, entering the patient information into the Search Text field and clicking Search
3. Select the Patient name to view the patient record
4. Select Make Appointment on the left hand menu
5. Select a date for the booking by selecting a time on the calendar.
6. This will open the Create Appointment screen. Check patient details are correct and update if required. Click Next when completed.
7. Check that pre-filled booking information is correct including the date, location, service and time. You are able to change the duration of the appointment from the standard time for the service if required.
8. Select the Payment method the customer will be using. If the customer has a voucher enter their flu vaccination voucher code in the B2B Voucher ID# field if they have this available.
9. Click Next when completed.
10. Review booking details and click Finalize Appointment. This will send the patient a confirmation email with details of their booking.
11. You can update booking details or cancel the booking using the Edit Appointment and Cancel Appointment buttons on this page. Otherwise, close the screen to return to the calendar view.
