Creating New Bookings for new patients - Health Services Booking System
If a patient has not made a booking before, a patient record will need to be created before a booking can be made. To schedule a booking for a new patient see the steps below:
1. In the calendar view, select a date for the booking by selecting a time on the calendar.

2. Enter required patient details and click Next when completed

3. Review booking details and click Finalize Appointment. This will send the patient a confirmation email with details of their booking, and a confirmation screen will appear if the booking is successful.
