Blocking out timeslots - Health Services Booking System

You can make timeslots unavailable for patients to book via the website by reserving timeslots.

1. Click the lighting bolt symbol in the timeslot you would like to reserve

2. The reserved timeslot will be displayed in grey. You can click the red cross symbol to unreserve the timeslot

Reserving more than one timeslot

1. Click the lighting bolt for the first timeslot you would like to reserve then click on the reserved timeslot.

2. Enter an end time for the reserved time and a note for why the time has been reserved. Select Update Reserve Time.

Extending a reserved timeslot can be used to remove all remaining timeslots for a day from being available to book if needed.

Any bookings that have already been made will remain, only empty timeslots will be reserved
