Updating timeslots for one day - Health Services Booking System
1. Go to the Schedules/Users tab view and select your Pharmacy Schedule (or the schedule used to take bookings)
2. Click on your store name under Schedule Exceptions in the left hand menu
3. Choose the setting:
- The Every drop down determines how frequently you would like your patients to be able to make an appointment
- The Slot Duration drop down determines how long a timeslot is. This should match the duration of the shortest service you offer
- Leave the Per Slot as 1
- Choose the date you are updating timeslots for
- Select start and finish times from the From/To Time drop downs
4. Click Create Slots
5. If required you can remove timeslots in the middle of the day by checking the tick box under the Delete column for the timeslots you want to remove. Then select Update All Slots.
