Limit a number of bookings for a service - Health Services Booking System
If you want to limit the number of bookings for a certain service able to be made by patients booking online at the BTC website, you can manage this using the Daily Service Limits function.
Please note: the Daily Service Limits function will not prevent bookings over the limit from being made when the booking is entered in the booking system by a store team member.
1. Go to the Services tab and select the service you would like to set a service limit for
2. On the next screen enter the number of bookings you would like to accept from online bookings each day and click Add. If nothing is entered, there will be no limit for that day Zero can be used to prevent any bookings from being made by patients online via the BTC website.
Service limits will be capped at the number of available calendar timeslots you have, even if a higher number is entered.
3. Service limits can be removed by deleting any limits set and clicking Add.
4. If there is a particular date which you would like to add a service limit that is below or above your weekly service limit you can add a Exception Limit.
Enter the date in the Day selector that the new limit will apply for and then enter the number bookings you would like to accept from online customers in the Quantity field. Click Add
