Updating Lead Time for Online Bookings - Health Services Booking System
When a patient makes a booking online at the Blooms The Chemist website, a set 2 hour lead time is required.
If you wish to increase the lead time for bookings made at your pharmacy please see the below steps.
Please note this lead time does not apply to bookings made on behalf of patients in the booking system, only those bookings made at the website.
1. Go to the Scheudules/User tab, select your pharmacy schedule and scroll down to the bottom of the page
2. In the Same Day Appointment Notice fields, enter the lead time you would like for your bookings. Please note that the default lead time is 2 hours, if you enter a lead time less than 2 hours this will not be applied.
3. Click Update
