Click & Collect - Order Fulfillment Cheat Sheet
1. Login to Brightpearl
- Open your Chrome internet browser
- Click the puzzle piece on the top right-hand corner of the window and select the Okta Brower Plugin
- Then select Brightpearl from the apps
- You will be asked to sign into Okta with store email address and password and then Brightpearl will automatically load
2. Check for orders
- Login into Brightpearl and check if there are orders with New BigCommerce Order status or Pharmacist Review status
3. S2 order Pharmacist Review
Orders with the status of Pharmacist Review contain and S2 medicine(s) and must be reviewed by a Pharmacist
- Patient information for the order will be emailed to the store email address from scheduled_online_order@bloomsthechemist.com.au
- Complete S2 order assessment as per BTC 17.2 eCommerce – Order Fulfillment Click & Collect Orders and Click & Collect S2 Fulfillment Process Flow Chart
4. Open order details
Click on the Order ID hyperlink to open the order details screen
5. Notes
- Select the Custom fields tab to see if there are additional instructions that may need to be added to the order
6. Print a copy of the order summary by clicking on the Email/Print button and then clicking Print from the new browser tab that opens
7. Collect ordered items and package using a Blooms The Chemist branded paper bag
8. Mark as fulfilled
- Select the following in Brightpearl: Fulfil order > Fulfil and marked as shipped > OK
9. Notify customer
- Change the status of the order to Awaiting Collection and click Save changes
- Close the order screen
10. Customer pick up
- Request to see the customer’s Click & Collect order confirmation email
- Check order numbers match
- Deliver the order to the customer
If customer is unable to provide their order confirmation email, request to see the customer’s drivers licence (or other identification) to verify identity.
If an under age person comes to pick up an order, explain that you are unable to provide the order to them. Call the customer to explain that they will need to visit the store when it is convenient for them to collect their order
11. Mark as Collected
Once an order has been collected the order status in Brightpearl can be marked as Collected to keep track of order collection.
- Change status drop down to Collected
- Select Save changes
