Order transfers

Sometimes customers wish to change the pick up location for their Click & Collect orders.

If you receive a Click & Collect order that contains S2 medicine(s) from another store, the Pharmcist review of the order needs to be completed as above even if it has already been reviewed at the original location. Customer information relevant to S2 medicine(s) will need to be collected from the team at the original location.
