OKTA Unable to sign in error message
I’ve entered incorrect Okta passwords. “Unable to sign in” error message.
Step 1
If you enter an incorrect password six times on your account, this will result in your account will be locked. You will receive an error message “Unable to sign in”.
Step 2
You will have to wait 60 minutes for your account to become unlocked. Once 60 minutes have elapsed, return to the Okta Portal and sign in with your username and password.
Step 3
You will be successfully logged into the Okta dashboard.
Step 4
If, after the 60 minutes have elapsed and you still are unable to verify your password. Please try 3. What if I have forgotten my Okta password? option first.
