Copy & Extend Retail Promotion - Longer than 21 Days

1. Navigate to & Open Retail Promotions Program

2. Click Search

3. Tick Applied - Finished

4. Click Find

5. Double-click Retail Promotion ID that has Finished & you want to Copy & Extend

6. Right click on Smart Grid (Blue Section of Row)

7. Click Export to Excel

8. Name File & Hit Enter or Save

9. Click No

10. Click New

11. Select Promo Type

12. Click Import

13. Double-click Saved File

14. Match & Enter Column # to Item ID field

In this case, Item ID is 2

15. Remove other Import Data that is not needed by clicking on X

16. Look for Disc %, Discount $

17. Match & Enter Colum # to Discount %

18. Click Import

19. Click No

20. Click OK

21. Enter Finish Date

22. Click Save

23. Click Apply
