VEEAM - Restore Outlook email (Self-Service)
To restore Outlook email to the original location, follow these steps:

(Before we login to VEEAM) Firstly check your email Outlook:
Check your Inbox folder to see if you can locate the email.
Check in Deleted Item folder. To recover deleted items, click Recover items deleted from this folder

If file cannot be found, Log in to Veeam Data Cloud. (with your Blooms email address and your Okta password)

Click Outlook

Select a folder that contains the email you want to restore.
To restore email from a previous point in time, use the date picker at the top of the screen.
If you want to see items that may have been deleted, use the Include items deleted by user toggle switch.

Select email that you want to restore and click Restore Selected Item.

Click Restore to start the restore process.
- The email will be restored to the same location in the original Outlook mailbox as it was found in the backup.
- To view the restore process , click Notifications in the main menu.
Once the restore process is completed, you will be able to navigate back to your OneDrive and see the file has been restored.
