To restore a file to the original location, do the following:

(Before we login to VEEAM), Firstly open your Blooms OneDrive (click on OneDrive icon in your icon tray at the bottom right corner of your screen).

If you cannot locate the file, Log in to Veeam Data Cloud. (with your Blooms email address and your Okta password) SSO,

Click OneDrive in the main menu to view your OneDrive data from the latest backup.

Select a folder that contains the file you want to restore.
- To restore a file from a previous point in time, use the date picker at the top of the screen.
- If you want to see items that may have been deleted, use the Include items deleted by user toggle switch.

Select the file you are looking for and Click Restore Selected Document.

Click Restore to start the restore process.
- If needed, you can also use the Advanced options toggle to display more options.
The file will be restored to the same location in the original OneDrive as it was found in the backup.
To view the notification, click Notifications in the main menu.
Once the restore process is completed, you will be able to navigate back to your OneDrive and see the file has been restored.
