Offsite Vaccination Clinic Service
Healthengine workflow to create vaccination clinic bookings:
If you would like to set up a vaccination clinic offsite you can use Healthengine to manage the bookings.
1. Contact Healthengine to create a new Exclusive Schedule for Offsite Campaigns in your profile (1300 377 639 or +618 6205 3883 or support@healthengine.com.au)
2. Once this is completed you can create the Offsite Campaign in the Healthengine Practice Admin page:
- Firstly select ‘Create Schedule’,
- Change Standard schedule to Exclusive schedule
- Select Exclusive Schedule - Offsite Campaigns
- Set the vaccine type (Specialty) and date of off-site clinic
- Enter Offsite details (Client and Location)
- Select Block of appointments
- Enter start and end times of the clinic and appointment length.
- Select Add appointments to finalise.
- Repeat this process for each type of vaccine you are issuing at the clinic.
Your Exclusive schedule is now created:
Click on the newly created block to open up the schedule.
Select booking link to copy the link and email to the offsite service.
This link will be used to book in each client. This will allow for all the details to be sent across into MedAdvisor in preparation for the service and the clients will be emailed the pre-screening forms 24hrs before the appointment.
If there are any blocked appointments due to previously established blocks (eg lunchtime), you can manually remove the block and republish the appointments by clicking the circle arrows.
Once your bookings are complete, you can print a run sheet on the day of the clinic:
